Personalized support for emotional well-being, self-understanding, relationships, and life transitions.
Relational, collaborative psychotherapy that honors your experiences, relationships, strengths, and goals.
At Hope in Harmony, therapy is a collaborative process grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect. We create space to understand not only what you are experiencing, but also the patterns, relationships, and circumstances that shape your experience.
Together, we explore what matters to you, build on existing strengths, and develop practical ways to move toward greater awareness, connection, and meaningful change.
Personalized support for emotional well-being, self-understanding, relationships, and life transitions.
A collaborative space to explore relational patterns, strengthen communication, and deepen connection.
Support for navigating family dynamics, strengthening understanding, and fostering healthier interactions.
Developmentally responsive care that considers the young person within their family and relational context.
Our clinical work draws from person-centered therapy, attachment theory, psychodynamic perspectives, neuroscience-informed and trauma-informed care, and Restoration Therapy. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, treatment is tailored to each person's needs, values, strengths, and goals.
Understanding the patterns that keep us feeling stuck is valuable, but insight alone is not enough. Meaningful change involves moving beyond awareness to experiencing ourselves and our relationships differently, developing new ways of responding, and creating lasting shifts in how we engage with the world around us.
Psychotherapy is offered through secure telehealth technology when clinically appropriate. You can attend sessions remotely from a private location while physically present in a state where your clinician is authorized to practice.
Telehealth may not be appropriate for every situation. We can discuss suitability and referral options when needed.
Therapy begins with understanding your concerns, experiences, and goals. Together, we identify priorities and shape an approach that fits your circumstances.
Before services begin, you'll have an opportunity to review informed consent, privacy practices, telehealth considerations, and practice policies.
Hope in Harmony offers self-pay clinical services. Insurance-based appointments may also be available through participating third-party platforms, subject to insurance eligibility and provider availability.
Current session fees and payment options are available upon inquiry or through my Psychology Today profile. Fees and practice policies are reviewed before beginning services.
