Confidence
Building capacity and trust in one's ability to grow.
Rooted in relationship. Guided by integration. Committed to meaningful change.
Hope in Harmony, LLC brings together clinical practice, supervision, education, and systemic consultation through a shared commitment to meaningful growth and lasting change.
We believe that transformation happens through relationships, increased self-awareness, and intentional engagement with the patterns that shape our lives. Our work combines thoughtful reflection with practical approaches that foster healing, resilience, and authentic connection.
To integrate clinical practice, supervision, education, and systemic consultation through relationally informed approaches that foster healing, alignment, resilience, and meaningful development.
To bridge clinical practice, supervision, education, and systemic consultation in ways that foster meaningful growth, authentic connection, and lasting relational change.
Three interconnected values that shape how we engage with individuals, clinicians, and organizations.
Building capacity and trust in one's ability to grow.
Cultivating alignment between values, identity, and action.
Approaching experiences and relationships with openness.
Hope in Harmony was founded by Dr. Alecia Joyce Kidd, a relationally focused clinician, supervisor, and educator with extensive experience supporting individuals, families, and developing mental health professionals.
Her work integrates relational and systemic perspectives, attachment, self-awareness, and practical clinical application. Across clinical practice, supervision, education, and systemic consultation, she emphasizes collaboration, authenticity, and meaningful growth.
My clinical work is informed by specialized training and continued professional development in relational, experiential, trauma-informed, and integrative approaches to psychotherapy. These perspectives shape how I understand individual experiences, relational patterns, emotional processes, and opportunities for healing and growth.
My clinical perspective is also informed by neuroscience and polyvagal theory, particularly in understanding emotional regulation, physiological responses to stress, and the role of safety and connection in relationships.
Rather than relying on a single therapeutic model, I integrate these perspectives thoughtfully, tailoring treatment to each client's unique experiences, values, needs, and goals.
